Your Responsibilities As a Quality Engineer with our client, you will play a vital role in quality work and will have a central role in ensuring that products and processes meet the highest standards. You will: • Lead and analyze deviations and ensure that the right actions are taken. • Collaborate with other departments on quality issues, including procurement when selecting new suppliers with regard to environmental requirements and certifications. • Work with change management, including risk analyses for product changes. • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 certification and that the operational system is up to date and well documented. • Analyze defects and identify corrective actions to improve processes and products. Detail-oriented – Since you work with quality issues, it is crucial that you have an eye for detail and ensure that all documentation and analysis is correct. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Vocational education or a bachelor's degree in production or quality • You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Driver's license B Meritorious: • Experience with SAP as a business system • Knowledge of LEAN, Six Sigma, or 5S • Knowledge of ISO 9001 • Experience in quality work or deviation management Talent Program – A Kickstart to Your Career!
